Wet snow expected in eastern Latvia Wednesday

More precipitation will fall overnight, with rain falling at times across the country and wet snow expected in eastern Latvia. A persistent snow cover will not develop.

There will be a slow, variable wind.

The minimum air temperature at night will be -1 C to +3 C, on the coast +4 C to +5 C. Daytime temperatures will be around +1 C to +5 C, +6 C to +8 C at the coast.

In Riga, cloudy, hazy, foggy, and sometimes rainy weather is in store with a slight breeze. Air temperature at night +3 C to +4 C, during the day around +5 C.
