Unifonic aims to expand outside Saudi Arabia – Almohaimede in interview at Seamless KSA 2024

Riyadh – Mubasher: Unifonic plans to scale up its business in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the UAE, the US, and neighbouring countries.

Ibrahim Almohaimede, Chief Strategy Officer of Unifonic, announced the expansion plans in an exclusive interview with Mubasher on the sidelines of the Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 exhibition.

Almohaimede also mentioned that more than 11 billion transactions were conducted through Unifonic platforms, adding that the company has over 5,000 clients and above 175,000 end beneficiaries.

Established in 2006, Unifonic is one of the promising Saudi emerging companies that develop software solutions that serve the field of customer service and marketing.

The company offer a wide range of services to the public and private sectors, through communication AI-backed solutions.

During the three-day event, the SaaS provider launched the Audience platform to improve marketing efficiency, Return On Investment (ROI), customer loyalty, and lifetime value.
