Primark makes huge change for customers at West Midlands stores that will 'make shopping easier'

by · Birmingham Live

Primark has launched its click and collect service in the West Midlands for the first time. The chain has added kids, women's, men's and homeware items to its website for shoppers to buy online before picking up in store.

The branch on Birmingham's High Street, the biggest Primark in the world, is among the stores offering the service, which is available now. The Primark store at The Fort is offering click and collect too, alongside stores in Wolverhampton, at Merry Hill, Redditch, Tamworth, Coventry, Shrewsbury and Telford.

Primark has begun rolling out its click and collect service across the UK and plans to have all stores offering it by the end of 2025. More than half of its stores across Great Britain will offer it by Christmas.

Kari Rodgers, the UK retail director at Primark, said: "Our click and collect service has proved really popular so we're excited to roll it out even further to stores in the West Midlands. It means shoppers can easily order their items from home and pick them up at a time to suit them, and is a great way to make Christmas shopping a little easier this year."

There are 185 branches of Primark across Great Britain. This year, it celebrates 50 years since it first opened in Derby.
