Dunelm shoppers love store's 'expensive-looking' mirror - and it's been reduced to £25

Dunelm, the well-known homeware store, consistently offers a range of deals that help make home shopping more budget-friendly. This is proof that looking around can sometimes reveal the best deals.

A savvy Dunelm shopper took to Facebook's Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group to share their latest find. They highlighted the bargain on Dunelm's £24.50 Essentials Round Wall Mirror (70cm), noting a 30% reduction in its price, branding it a 'great' deal.

They also mentioned having "seen similar ones elsewhere for up for £40". Lookalike round mirrors are available from different retailers, including Amazon, which offers the Trintion Round Mirror at £38.99 for a same-size 70cm model, reports the Mirror.

Whilst it's not the most unique-looking mirror, it can provide a quick and inexpensive way to spruce up a room. Interior design experts often suggest using mirrors to give the impression of a bigger room as well.

Described as "perfect for any home decor" on Dunelm's website, the discounted Essentials Round Wall Mirror is applauded for its "classic round style has been made with a strong frame in a gorgeous timeless colour", robust frame, and a timeless colour that seems to charm many.

However, the 30% discount currently advertised is exclusive to one specific colour. Shoppers must select the silver option on the website to enjoy this reduced price.

Other colours, such as white, grey, black, and gold, are still available, but they're still at the regular price of £35. Customers praised the mirror for being "excellent quality" for the cost, which has led to dozens of five-star reviews online.

One customer shared: "Brilliant value for money. Great mirror and quite lightweight for the size." Another said: "Really good quality. Robust and looks more expensive than what it cost."

A third added: "Lovely mirror at a bargain price. Really happy with it." Meanwhile, someone else wrote: "Beautiful mirror! Very smart and a lovely addition to the home."

Another buyer said: "I bought a much more expensive one from elsewhere for my bathroom and thought I would try this as it was so much cheaper. I wasn't disappointed, it looks great in my bedroom and is well worth the money!"

However, some customers had their grievances, with one mentioning: "Mirror looks great but the back supports are rubbish."

An additional issue, shared by one shopper, was: "Mirror is good size and looks lovely, but is let down by the fixings. On the back, there are just two flimsy metal hooks held onto the plywood by the smallest of screws - one of which pulled out straight away!"

For those interested in exploring alternative options, Argos has a £25 Round Wall Mirror, albeit just in black. Similarly, B&Q retails a 70cm Round Wall Mirror fit for bathrooms priced at £45.99, but this is also available only in black.
