Shares of the real estate company listed at Rs 175 on the Bombay Exchange (BSE) at a premium of 36.72% over its issue price of Rs 128. The shares listed at Rs 175.90 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), a premium of 37.42%.

The listing of Arkade Developers fell short of expectations. Prior to its debut, the company's shares were trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 60 each, indicating a potential listing gain of around 50% for investors.
