The OnePlus 13 specs have just surfaced in a certification listing only one day before the phone’s launch. The device appeared on TENAA in China, with a bunch of information.

The OnePlus 13 specs have appeared in a certification listing

This listing confirms that the phone will feature a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a 3168 x 1440 resolution. It will be the BOE X2 panel, by the way. The Snapdragon 8 Elite is also mentioned here, though we knew it’ll be included.

The device will be on offer in 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB RAM variants in China. OnePlus will use LPDDR5X RAM, by the way. 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage variants will also be on offer. No, the storage won’t be expandable.

100W wired & 50W wireless charging will be on offer

The battery information is incorrect in this listing, as a 2,920mAh battery is mentioned. The device will include a 6,000mAh battery, that much has been confirmed by OnePlus. 100W wired and 50W wireless charging will also be supported.

Three 50-megapixel rear-facing cameras are mentioned here. One of them will offer a 3.2x optical zoom, that will be the periscope telephoto camera. A 32-megapixel snapper will sit on the phone’s front side.

OnePlus will also include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner

An in-display fingerprint scanner will also be a part of the OnePlus 13 package, an ultrasonic one. An infrared sensor is mentioned too, and the same goes for facial scanning via the front-facing camera.

The phone’s measurements and weight is also mentioned. The OnePlus 13 will measure 162.9 x 76.5 x 8.5mm, and weigh 213 grams. It will be slightly lighter than its predecessor, and also a bit shorter and wider, but only barely. That’s because it will use a flat display this time around.

We also know that the phone will offer magnetic cases, and an IP69 certification for water and dust resistance. OnePlus confirmed several more tidbits about the phone, and even shared some camera samples as we’re waiting for the launch event. Do note that this is a China launch event, though. The global one will follow later on.
