EFL pundit Sam Parkin has predicted that Derby County's 100 per cent home record in the Championship will be brought to a halt by Norwich City this weekend.

Paul Warne's side have been hugely impressive at home since their return to the second tier having disposed of Middlesbrough, Bristol City and Cardiff.

During that sequence, Derby have not conceded a goal which has contributed to a solid start to life back in the second tier ahead of the clash against the Canaries this weekend.

Norwich arrive at Pride Park for the early kick-off (12.30pm) on the back of a crunching 4-1 win over Watford last weekend. And despite Derby's impressive home results, EFL pundit, former Swindon striker Sam Parkin believes they will lose to Norwich this weekend.

“I will go for Derby’s run to end at Pride Park," he told the Championship Check-In podcast. "I think Derby have obviously been very good. They rode their luck in certainly the Middlesbrough game, which they won.

“I think they have won to nil on three occasions, haven’t they? But I am going to go for Norwich to be feeling much better about things after that thumping win. I am going to go for Norwich to win at Derby by two goals to one.”
