Ireland v New Zealand TV channel, kick-off time and live stream details
by Dylan James · Wales OnlineIreland host New Zealand at the Aviva Stadium this evening in arguably the biggest fixture of the autumn.
Last weekend, the All Blacks beat England 24-22 in their second Test match of the end-of-year internationals. Prior to that, the Kiwis defeated Japan 64-19.
Ireland, on the other hand, have not played a Test since their summer tour against South Africa, in which they drew their series 1-1.
Tonight's face-off will be a replay of the infamous Rugby World Cup quarter-final in 2023, where New Zealand edged past the Irish in a 28-24 score line. That fixture has gone down as one of the greatest knockout rugby games in the history of the competition.
The drama didn't stop when the final whistle blew, though. There were plenty of afters between the likes of Ireland legend Johnny Sexton and All Blacks star Rieko Ioane, meaning that the rivalry between the two sides is as volatile as it has ever been.
Ireland, along with South Africa, are often referred to by fans as the greatest team on the planet, so they were frustrated to be knocked out in yet another quarter-final. Now, they have an opportunity to prove that they are worthy of their adulation.
Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming Test between Ireland and New Zealand.
