Manchester United host PAOK at Old Trafford in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday night.

This European encounter will be the third game under caretaker manager Ruud van Nistelrooy, after former boss Erik ten Hag was given the sack following a 2-1 loss to West Ham United.

It has been confirmed that Sporting Lisbon manager Ruben Amorim will take on the challenge of being boss of The Red Devils. However, for the time being, former United striker van Nistelrooy will be hoping he can maintain his unbeaten record.

Amorim will not start his new role as United boss until November 11, meaning that van Nistelrooy will be in charge against PAOK tonight and Leicester City on November 10, before the Portuguese newcomer assumes control against Ipswich Town at the end of November.

United's opponents this evening are PAOK, a Greek Super League outfit who are in search of their first win of the Europa League campaign.
