Shaq reveals he spends $1,000 a day on Amazon purchases

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal must be a valued customer at the Jeff Bezos-run e-commerce company.

“Oh I purchase a thousand dollars on Amazon a day — a thousand a day,” O’Neal told Page Six while at the launch of his Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies at Hershey’s Chocolate World in Times Square on Wednesday.

“The last thing I bought on Amazon was green laser pointers.”

That’s probably pocket change for O’Neal, who earned an estimated $700 million during his 19-year NBA career.

He currently has dozens of endorsement deals with various brands including Gold Bond, Pepsi and The General.

He also owns stakes in franchise businesses such as Papa John’s, Krispy Kreme, Five Guys Burgers and Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

O’Neal became the president of Reebok Basketball in October 2023, and recently signed Angel Reese to his NIL roster.

He has investments in a number of companies, stars in commercials, has a podcast, and he is a professional DJ.

The former four-time NBA champ has been open about the topic of money and his humble beginnings.

“I came from nothing,” O’Neal, who grew up in Newark, NJ, told The Post in a 2021 interview. “But, just because I made it doesn’t mean I’m bigger than you, smarter than you — just because I have more money doesn’t mean I’m better than you. I’ve never been that way and I never will be that way.”

O’Neal previously explained that he wanted his children to work hard for their money — and said they need to get the a college degree if they want to go into business with him.

“There’s one rule: education. I don’t care if you play basketball. I don’t care about none of that,” he said during an appearance on the “Earn Your Leisure” podcast. “Listen, I got six kids. I would like a doctor, somebody to own a hedge fund, a pharmacist, a lawyer, someone that owns multiple businesses, someone to take over my business.

“But I tell them I’m not going to hand it to you. You gotta earn it.”
