A puzzle that challenges people to find mistakes in a tennis game warns only three percent of those attempting the task will be able to find them all.

Puzzles have recently reached new heights of popularity, with many people having found themselves enjoying the brain-training challenges during the pandemic. Researchers have found that good old-fashioned puzzlers - instead of digital games played on phones or tablets - are much better for people's memories, and have positive effects on brain health.

One new puzzle asks people to zero in on a selection of "mistakes" in a picture of two men playing tennis being watched on by a crowd. The picture itself is crammed with 10 of these mistakes, but they are just half of the challenge, as people are also asked to give themselves a razor-thin time limit.

The puzzle challenges people to find 10 "mistakes"

The picture of the two men playing tennis may appear from a distance to be a relatively normal scene, with the players seen standing on either side of a barrier and volleying a ball to one another. On closer inspection, the 10 "mistakes" quickly become clear, with the scene looking increasingly chaotic.

People can find 10 mistakes in total by looking at the players, their pitch, ball, rackets and the crowd that appears to be cheering from the background. People who want to give themselves an even greater challenge can add an 11-second time limit that India Times states only three percent of those attempting the puzzle can manage. The picture below highlights the "mistakes"

All of the mistakes are highlighted in yellow

For anyone who needs additional help, here is a list of the "mistakes":

1. They are volleying a tomato, not a tennis ball

2. They are playing on either side of a well-manicured hedge, not a net

3. The man in the background appears to be holding a pan instead of a racket

4. There is a young boy wearing a suit behind the man in the background, next to the ball girl

5 - 9. Four of the men in the background crowd appear to have the faces of animals

10. A fifth man standing with the four animal men in the crowd has grey skin
