What time is the Carabao Cup draw? Ball numbers, TV channel and structure

The Carabao Cup third round is almost complete and the draw for the fourth round is just around the corner - but when is it taking place and how can you watch it?

by · The Mirror

The Carabao Cup third round kicked off with a bang last week as two Premier League teams were sent packing from the competition.

Fulham made an early exit after a nail-biting penalty shoot-out saw them lose 16-15 to Preston North End, while Everton's woes continued as they also fell to Southampton in a 6-5 penalty defeat of their own. Crystal Palace and Manchester United managed to dodge such upsets, securing victories over QPR 2-1 and Barnsley 7-0 respectively.

A number of Premier League big guns are yet to take to the field, Arsenal vs Bolton and Liverpool vs West Ham both due to take place tonight before the draw.

AFC Wimbledon's fixture with Newcastle United has been postponed to October 1 as a result of a water-damaged pitch, with the two sides clashing at St James' Park instead of Plough Lane. Both sides will, therefore, be in the hat for the Carabao Cup fourth round draw, which we have all the details of below.
