The post-UFC 306 fight card break is over. This Saturday, September 28, the UFC returns to Paris for a UFC Fight Night card on ESPN+. In the headlining matchup of the UFC Paris event, Renato Moicano faces Benoit Saint Denis in a pivotal bout in the promotion’s lightweight division.

Meanwhile, in the UFC Paris co-main event, highly ranked middleweights Nassourdine Imavov and Brendan Allen look to build on their unbeaten streaks and put themselves in the conversation for a shot at the UFC’s 185-pound title.

Moicano (19-5-1) sports a 5-1 record dating back to June 2021. He enters the Octagon on Saturday as the No. 11 fighter in the official UFC lightweight rankings. Moicano’s only loss during his past six outings was a March 2022 five-round decision setback to former champion Rafael dos Anjos. Moicano is coming off an April 2024 TKO win over Jalin Turner.

Benoit Saint Denis (13-2-0-1) is also 5-1 in his past six UFC battles. The No. 12 ranked UFC 155-pounder is coming off an upset knockout loss to former UFC interim lightweight titleholder Dustin Poirier. His five previous wins all came via finish. Saint Denis’ most recent victory was a November 2023 knockout of Matt Frevola.

Nassourdine Imavov (14-4-0-1) is the No. 4 fighter in the official UFC middleweight rankings. He is 2-0-1-1 in his past four fights, losing to Sean Strickland in a short-notice light heavyweight scrap in 2022, having a no-contest result with Chris Curtis after a clash of heads, and then beating Roman Dolidze and Jared Cannonier in 2024.

Allen (24-5) is ranked No. 8 in the UFC’s 185-pound weight class. Allen is on a seven-fight winning streak dating back to February 2022. In his most recent outing, Allen defeated Chris Curtis via split decision. That bout took place in April of this year.
