UFC Vegas 99 gets a bangin’ new poster for ‘Hernandez vs. Pereira’ on Oct. 19

Red-hot middleweight bruisers Anthony Hernandez and Michel Pereira, both ranked in the division Top 15, will collide atop the UFC Vegas 99 mixed martial arts (MMA) event, locked and loaded for Sat., Oct. 15, 2024 at the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Now they have an official poster and unlike most entries, it doesn’t suck.

Hernandez (12-2, 1 NC) is the winner of five straight, which includes his submission victory over Roman Kopylov at UFC 298 earlier this year in Anaheim. Similarly, Pereira (31-11) has captured eight in a row, subbing Ihor Potieria at UFC 301 last May in his native Brazil.

UFC Vegas 99 will also feature the fan-friendly bantamweight battle pitting Rob Font against Kyler Phillips. Elsewhere on the card, Brad Katona continues his 135-pound campaign opposite Jean Matsumoto, not long after Darren Elkins and Daniel Pineda settle their differences at featherweight.

Expect a finalized UFC Vegas 99: “Hernandez vs. Pereira” fight card in the coming days.
