Dana White clowns PFL for dropping stupid social media clip of Kayla Harrison losing: ‘They’re drowning, they suck.’

Professional Fighters League (PFL) keeps taking Ls.

Former two-time PFL champion Kayla Harrison scored her second Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) win at UFC 307 last night (Sat., Oct. 5, 2024) when she beat Ketlen Vieira via unanimous decision from inside Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

A few hours before UFC 307, Harrison’s former employer, PFL, posted a video on their Twitter of Larissa Pacheco upsetting Harrison in 2022, handing her only loss.

And they got rightfully cooked for it. “No wonder PFL can’t give away its product for free,” a fan wrote. “You’re pathetic. What a dumb move to market your B league Champ,” another fan wrote.

Check out the ridiculous video below.

UFC CEO Dana White was asked during the UFC 307 post-fight press conference (watch here) about the dumb marketing attempt and clowned PFL.

“I think when you’re losing as much money as they are, f—king go for it,” White told the media. “F—king throw the kitchen sink at it. This guy just came out recently and said, ‘We’re gonna spend more money than they did on the Sphere.’ That sounds f—king brilliant. How many tickets you’re gonna sell? Yeah, they’re not very bright. Yeah. So if I were them, listen, it’s all fair. Knock yourself out. They’re drowning. Drowning. They suck. I mean, they’re not good at what they do. So, I guess you would just keep trying anything you can to make something stick.”

White is referencing PFL co-owner Donn Davis, who claims he is spending more money on Francis Ngannou’s return to mixed martial arts (MMA) than on the UFC’s epic Sphere show, which makes no sense at all.

You would think Davis would praise Harrison for her success in UFC, as she is the only homegrown talent he has ever had to succeed in UFC, but nope.

For the most part, the UFC head honcho has ignored Davis’ attempt to manufacture himself as the No. 2 promotion, but whenever Davis gets out of line, White dunks on him, and last night was another slam dunk.
