Aberdeen boss Jimmy Thelin

Jimmy Thelin on Wolves 'next manager radar' after stunning Aberdeen start as pressure mounts on Gary O'Neil

The Dons boss has won all his games in charge since taking over the top job and sits joint top with Celtic

Jimmy Thelin is attracting interest from EPL side Wolves after his stunning start to life at Aberdeen, according to a report.

The Swede joined the Pittodrie outfit in the summer and has won ALL 13 matches he has bossed so far across all competitions. That includes seven wins from seven in the Scottish Premiership to put his side alongside Brendan Rodgers and Celtic at the summit ahead of a huge blockbuster showdown after the international break.

The Dons also have a day out at Hampden on the horizon against the Hoops in the Premier Sports Cup semi-final in a complete transformation from the torrid season they suffered last season.

Gary O'Neil is under increasing pressure at Molineux with his side sitting bottom of the English Premier League standings. They have picked up just one point from seven matches with their latest defeat coming at the weekend against Brentford in a rollercoaster 5-3 loss.

The Sun report that "the current boss will be given time to see how he performs during a more favourable run of fixtures". But they also state they are keeping tabs on the Reds boss with David Moyes also suggested as a potential replacement if and when the time comes.
