Police hunt after 30 Nottingham Forest Women's kits stolen from boot of coach's car
The kits have players' names on the back and police have appealed to the public for help
by Oliver Pridmore · NottinghamshireLiveA police hunt is underway after thieves stole 30 Nottingham Forest kits from the boot of the car belonging to the coach of the women's team. Senior detectives say the culprits raided coach Carly Davies' car while it was parked outside her home address in Clifton.
The distinctive kits - which include training gear - are unique owing to the sponsor on the front of the shirts. Nottinghamshire Police says it wants the public to be on the lookout for the kits following the incident on September 12.
A force spokesperson said: "The shirts are distinctive due to the sponsor being unique to the Women's Team.
