Federal law enforcement officers arrested a man named Eric James Rennert for allegedly threatening to kidnap and murder a federal judge.

One of the police officers involved in the wrongful conviction of Andrew Malkinson is also under criminal investigation for potential misconduct in a public office and perverting the course of justice.
