Family of Kings Norton man 'taken so abruptly' pay tribute as two charged with murder

A family of a man killed in Kings Norton have said they have been left with a 'hole of their hearts' after two men were charged with his alleged murder. Minister Enfrence, 21, was discovered with fatal injuries in Medway Grove on Tuesday (Nov 4).

Sadly, nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene. An investigation was launched and Isaiah Marsh, aged 20, and Mya Marsh, aged 23, both from Kings Norton, have been charged with murder, police announced this evening.

The pair have also been charged with possessing a bladed article. Both will appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court tomorrow (Friday) for a first hearing.

Minister's heartbroken family have issued a statement which says: “Minister, you have been taken from us so abruptly and this has made an impact in our lives leaving a hole in our hearts that cannot be filled. But we are happy to say you are now with the Lord in a better place. We will meet you again in eternity.”

West Midlands Police said: "We’ve charged a man and woman with murder after a man died as a result of suffering serious injuries in Kings Norton earlier this week. Isaiah Marsh, aged 20, and Mya Marsh, aged 23, both from Kings Norton, have been charged with the murder of 21-year-old Minister Enfrence.

"They have also both been charged with possessing a bladed article. Both will appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court tomorrow (Friday) for a first hearing.

"Minister was tragically discovered with serious injuries in Medway Grove on Tuesday morning. Sadly, nothing could be done to save him. We know that such incidents can be alarming and we will continue to have a police presence in the area over the coming days."
