2 dead, 2 injured after wrong-way crash on I-15 near I-70 interchange in Millard County

COVE FORT, Millard County — Two people are dead and two others were seriously injured in a wrong-way crash Thursday on I-15 near the I-70 interchange in Millard County, the Utah Highway Patrol said.

Additionally, the crash has closed all northbound lanes on I-15 near the interchange, according to the Utah Department of Transportation.

The department is telling travelers to expect delays and use I-70 as an alternate route.

Utah Highway Patrol trooper Tara Stump said the closure is expected to be in place till around noon.
