This was the scene as firefighters battled a fire at a derelict house. 

Smoke from the blaze drifted towards nearby apartments and residents were advised to keep windows and doors closed. 

Dublin Fire Brigade (DFB) firefighters from Blanchardstown and Phibsborough responded to the incident.
