A man who has accused P Diddy of assaulting him when he was aged 16 has filed an image of the pair together in a court filing.

The man known only as John Doe lodged a court filing on Monday claiming the rapper, whose real name is Sean Combs, assaulted him at a White Party in 1998. The alleged victim said the incident took place while celebrities were nearby.

In the court filing, it said: "There existed something sinister - a dark underbelly of crime, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, bribery and prostitution. Combs is a menace to society, women and children."

The Bad Boy Records founder, 54, has denied all allegations made against him.

The complainant was living in New York City when he claims he received an invite to the party. The court filing said he thought it could be a way for him to break into the music industry. The filing read the alleged victim was shocked when he found himself face-to-face with Combs. It is at this time the image shared in the filing was allegedly taken, with the pair dressed in all white.

The filing read: "Combs took an interest in John Doe and wanted to talk to him. They walked to a more private area near the portable restrooms brought in for the party."

It added that John Doe expressed he was a fan of Diddy and spoke of his dreams of becoming a star. Combs is said to have smiled and allegedly told him he had potential and 'the look.' The filing added: "When John Doe admitted his voice was not great, Combs assured him that did not matter. Combs abruptly told John Doe that he needed to drop his pants."

The filing continued: "Combs made himself clear. He instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose his penis so that Combs could inspect it, explaining it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to prove himself."

It said Doe froze and didn't know what to do, while Combs remained calm. The filing claimed that due to "fear, anxiety and the imbalanced power dynamic" between the pair Doe did as Combs had instructed.

The filing also talks about oils at the parties. This comes after over 1,000 bottles of baby oil were found when Diddy's homes were raided. The complainant claimed there are "allegations of Combs dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils... laced with GBH, so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim’s skin and make it easier to assault him or her".

The civil case is being handled by lawyer Tony Buzbee, who previously said he is representing 120 victims in new Diddy lawsuits. The musician is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, New York. He faces federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
