Man dies at Plymouth car park

A man in his 30s died in a Plymouth car park on Friday (Nov 1), police have confirmed. The incident occurred on Friday afternoon at Napier Terrace car park in the Mutley area.

Emergency services were called at around 3pm following the concern for the welfare of a man. Police confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious.

An eyewitness said: "Big incident at Napier car park." A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called at 3pm on Friday 1 November to Napier Terrace car park, following reports of concern for the welfare of a man.

"Emergency service attended the scene where a man in his 30s was confirmed deceased. His next of kin have been informed. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
