Ukraine updates: South Korea mulls sending team to Ukraine

South Korea is considering dispatching a team of military monitors to Ukraine following reports of North Korean troop deployments to Russia. Meanwhile, Moscow claims to have captured another village in eastern Ukraine.

According to estimates, more than 10,000 North Korean soldiers have been sent to Russia.
