Man stabbed in south Kashmir’s Anantnag, hospitalised - Greater Kashmir

Srinagar, Nov 03: A man was injured after he was attacked with a knife by unidentified persons near Karewa Colony in Bijbehara area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday evening, officials said.

Quoting an official, the news agency NVI reported that the man was rushed to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Bijbehara for treatment, where his condition is stated to be stable.

He has been identified as Aabid Ahmad Zargar.

Meanwhile police have initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident.
