Man dies in Devon car park

A man in his 30s was found dead in a Plymouth car park. The incident unfolded on Friday afternoon (November 1) at the Napier Terrace car park, in the Mutley area.

Emergency services were alerted around 3pm due to concerns for a man's welfare. Authorities have stated that the death is not being treated as suspicious. An eyewitness reported a "big incident at Napier car park."

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed: "Police were called at 3pm on Friday 1 November to Napier Terrace car park, following reports of concern for the welfare of a man.

"Emergency service attended the scene where a man in his 30s was confirmed deceased. His next of kin have been informed. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner", reports Plymouth Live.
