Personal trainer says Diddy 'passed him around like a party favor'

A personal trainer has claimed Sean Combs 'passed his drugged body around like a party favor' to other celebrities, in one of the latest lawsuits to land at Diddy's door.

The male plaintiff, known as John Doe, details how Combs and others allegedly 'drugged and repeatedly sexually assaulted' him at an award show afterparty in the music mogul's Los Angeles mansion on June 27, 2022.

'While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman,' the lawsuit filed by lawyer Tony Buzbee reads.

'[The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body.

'These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.'

Combs has denied the allegations. His attorneys told DailyMail.com he 'never sexually assaulted anyone' and said the most recent 'barrage of filings' were nothing but 'clear attempts to garner publicity'.

The personal trainer, who lives in California, says he was introduced to Combs, 54, through a fashion designer client who said she had shown the rapper his workout videos.

New York-born Combs was impressed by the training regime and wanted to meet the trainer in person, his lawsuits says.

The unnamed fashion designer eventually invited the personal trainer to an 'exclusive awards show afterparty' at Combs' $61 million Hollywood Hills home - a move he hoped would help him mingle with the stars and advance his career.

Combs had won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2022 BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles that night - an accolade celebrating veteran artists who have made notable contributions to the music industry.

He was pictured posing on the red carpet and made a lively speech dedicated to his mother, who was in the crowd, while thanking God several times over.

The plaintiff recalls being picked up in a private car, a black Lincoln Navigator, on the night of the party. He says he was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement as condition of entry.

Wanting to meet Combs and to promote his business among the celebrity guests inside, the personal trainer agreed. He says he was not provided with a copy of the NDA.

At this point, he was handed a tequila soda with cranberry juice mixer, and instructed to drink it for access to the party.

'Eventually, a business associate of Combs guided [the] plaintiff from a large room illuminated with red lights into a smaller room,' the lawsuit reads.

'There [the] Plaintiff observed approximately a dozen individuals, including several well-known figures, who were engaging in group-sex activities.

'Once inside this smaller room, Plaintiff began to feel disoriented, dizzy and weak – far beyond what he would expect from consuming a single alcoholic beverage.

'It became clear to him that something was wrong. He later realized someone had drugged him.

'At this moment of realizing his significant impairment, Combs approached Plaintiff, removed his pants, and began performing non-consensual oral sex onto him.'

Combs then directed the personal trainer to 'perform oral sex on another celebrity in the room', known as Celebrity A, who then 'spit in his mouth'.

'Due to the haze of the drug he had been clandestinely served, [the] plaintiff could not resist Combs’ coercion and ordering,' the lawsuit reads.

'He felt trapped inside of his own body – unable to control it or understand what was happening around him.'

At this point, the effect of the drugs escalated and he began to pass out.

'[The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body.'

The personal trainer claims he eventually lost consciousness completely and does not remember much after this point.

His next memory is finding himself outside of his apartment 'disoriented, without a shirt, and without his phone'. He does not know how he got there.

'As a direct result of the traumatic events at Combs’ party, [the] plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological trauma, financial harm, and a significant loss of livelihood,' the lawsuit reads.

The personal trainer is seeking compensation for 'all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, of an amount to be determined at trial'.

Combs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
