Amazon drops £100 off 'amazing' cordless Henry vacuum that's 'a joy to use'

Amazon has dropped almost £100 off a cordless vacuum with 'amazing' suction. The 'super powerful' Henry Quick was said to be 'a joy to use' and one fan declared it was their 'new best friend'.

The cordless Henry Quick provides up to 60 minutes of 'powerful' cleaning from its detachable lithium-ion battery and can be emptied with one 'dust-free' click. Amazon said the Henry Quick usually retails at £299.99 but for a limited time, shoppers can get 33 per cent off and bag it for £200.

More than 100 have been snapped up in the last month, with reviewers giving it an overall 4.6 star rating. John said he'd bought the Henry Quick after "lots of research" and "couldn't be more pleased with it".

Listing the pros of having a Henry Quick, he wrote: "Amazing suction, easy to assemble, attachments work well, easy to use both as floor vacuum and hand held for stairs, seat cushions etc, battery DOES last well (I can do my whole 2 bed house in one go) you only need turbo for short bursts of cleaning, easy to store, sturdy but not too heavy." He added: "Overall it's a joy to use and the house feels clean after use."

Kevin said the Henry Quick was "super powerful", adding: "Glides well on hard floor and carpet, dust bag is good - less messy dust everywhere." He continued: "It is heavier than previous vacuum I had but I can live with that due to the fact it picks up so well, my only gripe would be it doesn't stand up on its own, so if you turn it off briefly you have to wedge it against something to stop it falling."

The Henry Quick was "absolutely amazing" according to Gary, who said: "When you hear it on low power you think it can’t possibly be picking up but it is. By far better than any hoover we have had over the years." Fiona added: "I just love my Henry!!! My new best friend.. not too noisy, not too heavy and when you switch it to warp speed it almost lift the carpet!!! Absolutely recommend you buy this… I can actually see the tracks in the carpet of where he’s been!!! Five stars just isn’t enough…"

However Lucy said she was "disappointed" with the Henry Quick, and in her three-star review said: "It claims to be great but it gets clogged up quite easily, I’m forever untangling the brush, and when there’s too many tiny bits on the floor they rattle around the brush, which you then lift up, and it spits them back out at you. It’s a lot of money to end up being disappointed. We have two Bulldogs and two Maine Coon cats. It won’t last long in this house."
