The 'super warm' £95 Marks and Spencer parka that's 'comfortable and stylish'

M&S said the £95 Faux-Fur Hooded Parka Coat would "protect from light rain showers"

A 'super warm' Marks and Spencer parka has been described as 'comfortable and stylish'. Shoppers said the 'beautiful' Faux-Fur Hooded Parka Coat was 'roomy' and looked 'very smart'.

M&S said the Faux-Fur Hooded Parka Coat would allow customers to "brave the elements in style". The textured parka was described as having stretchy ribbed cuffs, an adjustable and detachable faux fur hood and high-shine trims and slight sheen for "a glam aesthetic".

M&S said the £95 Faux-Fur Hooded Parka Coat would "protect from light rain showers". Available in two colours - spice or midnight navy - the coat also had fleece-lined pockets and an internal drawstring to "cinch in your waist".

The Faux-Fur Hooded Parka Coat comes in sizes six to 24 but customers have said it 'fits big'. One five-star review read: "Very warm and comfortable. Will be snuggling up in my new coat when winter comes around, as I know it’ll keep me warm."

A second reviewer said the "warm" Faux-Fur Hooded Parka Coat "fits perfectly" and was "comfortable and stylish". A third said they'd took note from a fellow shopper regarding sizing when they bought the coat in beige, adding: "I bought a size 6 and am a size 10 normally. It fitted perfectly. Colour does look slightly darker but it's nice. Only problem is the hood seems to fall over/into my eyes, but its a super warm coat which ticks a lot of boxes for me, so a keeper. I like how the sleeves are 'sealed' as well."

Another reviewer who gave the Faux-Fur Hooded Parka Coat full marks said: "I bought this in midnight navy, looks very smart and is a beautiful coat, lovely material. I'm a size 14, size 14 fit me perfect. It is roomy but you have two cords to pull inside the back of the coat to give you shape in the middle. I did try a size 12 but felt to snug. I'm 5ft 3 and it is knee length on me."

However not everyone was impressed with the purchase, a one-star review for the Faux-Fur Hooded Parka Coat read: "Online this coat looks beige to me and my family - but when it arrived it was more like a very dark caramel/rust colour. I have bought the same size coats and jackets from M&S for years (I currently have four in my wardrobe, all the same size)and ordered this in my size. It is absolutely huge - at least two sizes too big. So sadly it is going back."
