Coleen revealed she had left two big whiteboards full of instructions for her four children and former England star Wayne. She admitted feeling 'really anxious' about leaving her children to head Down Under.

But she told her followers she has a huge support network of family and friends who are ready to step up and help out. Coleen said: "I am really anxious about leaving the kids, that's my biggest thing, for weeks and months that's been on my mind.

"But I've come to terms with it and I've planned and prepped, I've got an army of people - family and friends - school friends all helping out with the kids. They are going to be fine, they'll probably have a great time."

Coleen said Wayne was very supportive of her upcoming stint in the jungle - but had a word of warning for her. Coleen said: "Wayne is supportive. He did say "you know you are going to be on camera 24/7?" but I said "Yeah that’s the show!".

"He is fine with it all. If he had time, he’d have a go. I am not saying he would go in, but he wouldn’t be completely put off." But Coleen said she is looking forward to having a break from being mum for a few weeks.

She said she signed up to the show because she wanted to do 'something for me'. She added: "It’s a massive thing as I am so close to the children, I do everything for them.

"I am a really organised person and so to take myself away from that is going to be difficult. But I’ve got a very supportive family around me and I know everything is going to be fine."
