Martin Lewis, the Good Morning Britain star and financial journalist, is set to host a Christmas special for ITV this year, focusing on board games. Known for his money advice on This Morning, Lewis is taking a different route this December.

According to The Sun, he will present 'How To Win At Board Games' on ITV during the festive season, discussing strategies for popular games like Scrabble, Connect 4, and Monopoly. The publication reports that "[Lewis] will spotlight the top tactics and game-winning tricks behind the most popular games and, in the process, take on some of the toughest of competitors while improving his own gameplay skills."

This news follows Lewis's announcement earlier this month that he would be taking a break from presenting on Good Morning Britain to dedicate more time to The Martin Lewis Money Show.

"Thanks for the hugely positive feedback about @GMB today (from most anyway) and ta to the show for having me," wrote Lewis, also known as 'The Money Saving Expert'. "That's my last presenting shift til next year, as I choose not to do it while @itvMLshow is on (it's back later this month) so I can focus my TV energies on that (tho I'm sure I'll pop on for the odd cameo guest slot! )."

Lewis also recently showed support for his wife, Lara Lewington, after her technology show, Click, was.

The presenter proudly stated on the revamp of BBC's Click: "Very proud husband here. And in no doubt, one door closing will see many more open."

The BBC then specified that Click, the show airing since 2000, will transition to their digital platforms, showcasing a new team and a reinvigorated name, 'Tech Now'. Meanwhile, ITV is set to broadcast How To Win At Board Games during the festive season.
