Married At First Sight's Kieran breaks silence on kiss with co-star and says 'didn't mean to'

Married at First Sight UK groom Kieran Chapman has spoken out about him kissing another bride at the latest dinner party. Kieran and wife Kristina Goodsell have been going strong since they first met at the altar.

But they were thrust into big trouble after he kissed Polly Sellman on the E4 show. Kieran had sat between Polly and her husband Adam Nightingale, leaning forward and going for a kiss with Polly.

It appeared to be in jest, as both Adam and Kieran laughed it off, but Kristina was hurt. Kieran took to Instagram and told viewers: "I'm not dating Sacha, I'm not dating Polly. That kiss last night between me and Polly f**** hell this has been blown way out of proportion.

"So I was drunk. I'd had a drink I was being really supportive of Adam and Polly. I kissed Adam on the lips and then I went and kissed Polly on the lips.

"I didn't mean to kiss Polly on the lips. At the last minute she turned her cheek and I ended up kissing her on the lips.

"Do I understand why Kristina is angry and upset, absolutely." He then spoke about the fact there had been 'not intimacy' for the pair and said he was 'struggling' in the relationship.

He added: "Am I sorry for it yes, did I apologise, yes. Did they air it? I don't think so. Would I go back in time and change it? Absolutely...but these rumours...because TikTok said it's true it must be true."
