Bonfire Night events happening during half term around Birmingham and West Midlands

by · Birmingham Live

November 5 falls on the Tuesday after the kids go back to school so many event organisers are choosing to host their Bonfire Night displays during half term instead. There's a huge drone show at the start of the holidays in Edgbaston followed by large scale displays all over the West Midlands.

Other events are more low-key and therefore have slightly cheaper ticket prices - the Bonfire Night events at social clubs and football grounds. We've pulled together a guide to all the best events you can enjoy during the school holidays so you don't have to worry about dashing home to get the kids to bed.

Lots of them have fireworks, fairgrounds and cosy food and drink. It's best to pre-book to avoid disappointment. Also check out our full Bonfire Night guide that covers events happening both weekends.
