Boots Black Friday deal sees perfume dubbed 'happiness in a bottle' slashed to less than £100

Boots was selling a perfume described as 'happiness in a bottle' for less than £100. In the run up to Black Friday, the retailer has slashed up to 25 per cent off selected fragrances - and La Vie est Belle was one of them.

Lancôme’s best selling feminine fragrance was a 'soft' and 'romantic' floral scent, according to fans. Iris was the key ingredient but there was also hints of orange blossoms, vanilla, jasmine and patchouli.

A 100ml bottle of Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Eau De Parfum usually retails at £125 but Boots shoppers can currently snap it up for £93.75. Those with a Boots Advantage Card would also receive 279 points with the purchase.

Boots shoppers gave La Vie Est Belle an overall star rating of 4.8. Hannah's review read: "Gorgeous, long lasting scent. Great complement getter." Tracy said: "This perfume leave a lasting fresh and floral scent." Mandy described it as "happiness in a bottle" and continued: "It smells soft, romantic sensual is a definite must and can be worn every day. Very happy with my purchase."

Heather wrote: "Love the smell but it doesn’t last long on me." However that didn't deter her as she added: "Will buy again." Leene said of La Vie Est Belle: "At first smell I was sceptical, after it settled, it is so romantic and dreamy....."

Nora's four-star review of La Vie Est Belle read: "It smells light, sweet and coconut-y. Beautiful addition to my collection and I have been using it on a daily basis." Mariah said it was her "signature scent", adding: "I love this perfume, I get so many compliments and the scent seems to last a long time."

John Lewis has also got a sale on, with a 100ml bottle of Miss DIOR Eau de Parfum now costing £116 instead of £145. Very was also selling Marc Jacobs' Decadence for £60 rather than £109.
