After successfully assassinating a high-profile political figure, The Jackal triggers a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase between himself and the special agent.
This new series is the most expensive show produced by Sky so far, with filming taking place in London, Budapest and various Croatian locations.

The Day of the Jackal consists of 10 episodes, with the first episode set to air at 9pm on Thursday, November 7 on Sky Atlantic and Sky Showcase.
Each episode lasts approximately an hour. The initial five episodes will be broadcast on the same evening, while the remaining five episodes will be aired weekly at 9pm on Thursdays.
The entire series will also be available for binge-watching on NOW. Industry reports suggest that each episode cost a staggering £1 million to produce.
