Watch: IVE And David Guetta Team Up In Stunning MV For "Supernova Love"

IVE and David Guetta’s highly-anticipated collab is officially out!

On November 8 at 2 p.m. KST, IVE and French DJ David Guetta released the music video for their new song “Supernova Love,” which is the first installment in THE COLLAB X’s new Collab series.

“Supernova Love,” which showcases IVE’s powerful and emotional vocals, samples Ryuichi Sakamoto’s 1983 song “Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence” from the film of the same name. IVE first performed the song as a surprise during their encore concert at the Tokyo Dome earlier this fall.

David Guetta commented, “Working with IVE was a surprising experience. K-pop is a very unique and innovative genre, and it was truly an honor to be able to bring our music worlds together as one.”

The IVE members similarly remarked, “It was truly delightful to work with David Guetta, and we’re honored to be able to release such a great song with a beautiful melody.”
