Lucy Watson and Binky Felstead opened up on their new show - Beyond Chelsea - while at the Pride Of Britain Awards tonight.

The friendship duo are returning for a Made In Chelsea spin-off after both leaving the show.

Although the trio had vowed not to return to television, they have decided it’s time to turn the cameras back on and share their lives as 30-somethings, balancing motherhood, marriage, and their businesses.

Lucy, 33, told the Mirror: "The fans have been pining for a show like this for a long time so we're excited to be opening up on what our lives look like now.

"It gives people an insight into our lives, our jobs, and shows a different side to us."

Binky, 34, adds: "We've been asked to film something like this for a long time. For the die-hard Made In Chelsea fans, they will be experiencing motherhood at the same time as us.

"They can relate to us more now."

When asked what her highlight of the year was, Lucy was quick to talk about becoming a mum to her son Willoughby James in March.

"It's so hard being a mum but so amazing at the same time," she says.

"They grow up so fast. It's been the best year ever. My sisters' son loves my son and is obsessed with him. They're so cute together. Binky is also just the best mum."

Binky adds: "We all try our best."

Since the show, Binky has become a mum of three and married businessman Max Darnton.

Lucy is married to MIC alum James Dunmore, and they welcomed their son in March. Rosie has kept her relationship status under wraps, and she intends to continue doing so on Beyond Chelsea.

Lucy and Binky's husbands will be featured on the show, and the pair revealed that their beaus have been supportive of the new venture.

Binky spilled about Max, who will have his first TV stint on the series: "Max is super supportive of anything I do really, he doesn't really bat an eyelid. He knew he wasn't going to be the centre of attention on the show and was like: 'If it's going to benefit you, of course I'll feature here and there."
