Dani Dyer admits she would call off wedding to West Ham's Jarrod Bowen for one reason
Dani Dyer's father actor Danny Dyer spoke earlier this year about his feelings about his daughter marrying England and West Ham footballer Jarrod Bowen
by Christopher Sharp · The MirrorReality TV star Dani Dyer has said she would call off her wedding to West Ham and England footballer Jarrod Bowen if he comes back from his stag do with a face tattoo.
Speaking to the Sun about her plans for her wedding and hen do, Dani, 28, spoke about her anxieties around her hen do as well as thoughts about her marriage to 27 year old Jarrod.
On his stag do, reportedly due to happen in Las Vegas, Dani said: "If he comes home with a tattoo on his face then the wedding is off. My dad and Jarrod’s dad Sam are going too.”
With regards to her own hen do occurring next year, Dani said she had some very specific requests with regards to the tone and details of the trip. She explained: “There are 17 of us going to Ibiza O Beach…I want willy straws. I’m thinking it should be chaotic and fun, but a bit classy.”
Dani’s comments about her wedding come just a few months after she became engaged to Jarrod on a boat trip in Ibiza when the pair left for a short holiday without their twin daughters Summer and Star and Dani’s three-year-old son Santiago, who she had in a previous relationship.
Remembering the proposal she said: “It was so special, as we hadn’t really seen each other properly for nearly two months, as Jarrod was at the Euros. It was just the perfect trip. On the day he proposed, he put a little shirt on and said ‘You should put a cute dress on’.
“I thought: ‘Maybe it’s gonna happen!’ But then you don’t want to think: ‘This is it’, in case it isn’t…But we were on the boat and it was just lovely. I was actually speechless.”
Following news of their engagement, one of the first to congratulate the pair was Dani’s father, actor Danny Dyer, 46, who commented: “The most beautiful couple in the world. Right…better start writing that speech. Love you both so much.”
In the past, Danny has spoken about how it feels to be a parent and to watch your child find the right person. He told TalkSport: “All I wanna see, like any father, is my daughter in love and when they're not with the right person, they're not the same.
“There's something not right. And she was my Dani in front of him. That's love. He gets her and it's a beautiful thing Maybe I encouraged it a little bit too much but it's true love with them two.”
