Yet Georgia's admission about their year without intimacy post-childbirth has stirred up quite the buzz, reports OK!.
Speaking on the Made by Mammas Podcast, Georgia was refreshingly frank about their bedroom life post-baby. She regularly gives her followers glimpses into her family life with Danny and little Cooper on social media. Georgia laid it all out there: "We can't have had sex for a year at one stage because after you have your baby you're healing and after two months into getting pregnant we didn't have sex."
Despite the absence of physical intimacy, love did not wane between them, as she lightheartedly shared: "We're a very touchy feely couple. He was alright, he got what he needed! " They managed to maintain their bond, with Georgia remarking: "We are a very kissy and cuddly couple so we still had that intimacy," as reported by the Express.
Furthermore, Georgia spoke openly about keeping the flame of passion lit in her marriage, sharing: "Even if I don't really want to have sex that day, just so I can be like 'oh yeah, I fancy you again'."
While opening up about the unique aspects of her partnership with Danny, Georgia highlighted that his previous scepticism about marriage was linked to the impact of his parents' split. She proudly mentioned that they place immense importance on communication, ensuring to voice any dissatisfaction, a lesson drawn from the experiences within Danny's family.The lovebirds also prioritize shared activities and time together, with Georgia enthusing, "We do make time to spend together so we can go and have brunch and sit and talk."
In a lighthearted confession concerning their romantic life, Georgia let slip with a laugh that parenthood has influenced Danny's preferences for dawn delights, revealing, "It's so funny. Danny's turned into a morning sex person since kids."
Eager to share the secret to a happy intimate routine post-kids, she expressed that mornings are now ideal, saying, "That's the best time for me so I'm like 'brilliant so now I can get on with my day' and I'm too knackered by the end of the day. So just do it in the morning - brilliant."
Discussing how pregnancy played a role in their sexual dynamic, she recounted that during that phase, saying: "Danny would not come near me and I wanted it, which was unusual, because it's usually Danny wanting it more than me." She put to rest any concerns about intimacy during pregnancy, stressing that there's no danger to the baby. The mum-of-one also opened up about her own experiences with motherhood, confessing she initially found it hard to connect with their son.
