Billi Mucklow 'supporting' fellow WAG Annie Kilner amid Kyle Walker divorce

Billi Mucklow is 'supporting' Annie Kilner as they both navigate a tough time since separating from their respective husbands, as Annie files for divorce from Kyle Walker.

Annie Kilner's marriage is back in the limelight following her divorce filing from Manchester City star Kyle Walker, coming just months after their fourth child's birth. While trouble in paradise has also hit former TOWIE celebrity Billi Mucklow and her break up with footballer ex Andy Carroll was revealed in September.

And now, OK! reports that amid the divorce dramas, the two WAGs have been each other's pillars of support. "Billi reached out to Annie to show her support when everything with Kyle came out, she wanted to show her that people were there for her and it would be OK. Both girls are going through similar things and while Annie's is on a bigger scale, Billi knows how it feels," a source shared. Annie, who shares sons Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, Reign, five, and baby Rezon with Kyle, first met the footballer at just 15 years of age.

In a hiatus of their romance, Kyle had a fling with influencer Lauryn Goodman; their brief affair resulted in Lauryn giving birth to his son Kairo in 2020, despite his eventual reconciliation with Annie.

Annie and Kyle tied the knot in a small wedding ceremony in Cheshire in November 2021, following their break. Kyle was focusing on co-parenting his son with Lauryn while also concentrating on his family life with Annie.

However, in August 2023, Lauryn gave birth to her second child and initially kept the identity of the father under wraps. Later, she revealed that she and Kyle had a second fling, making him the father of both her children.

In January 2024, Annie and Kyle ended their relationship once again, coinciding with the revelation of Lauryn and Kyle's second romance. Amid all the drama, it seems Annie is finally ready to move on and reportedly served her estranged husband divorce papers last week.

In the meantime, Billi has been dealing with her own personal issues since her husband Andy, who plays for French team Bordeaux, announced their split last month. The couple had been together for 11 years and got married in an extravagant Hampshire wedding in the summer of 2022.

However, just days before the wedding, Andy was pictured passed out in bed with two women during his wild Dubai stag do, which almost led to the cancellation of the wedding. Despite the pictures, which reportedly made Billi reconsider the wedding, the pair went ahead with the ceremony and seemed blissfully happy until Andy announced their shocking split.

Our source tells us that, following their respective break-ups, Billi and Annie have found support in each other. The WAGs—who have children with footballers Andy Carroll and Kyle Walker respectively—have drawn on their shared experiences of motherhood and the sting of separation.

"They have both been loyal and good mothers and feel like this is what they've been handed in return, it's all about the footballers and not the wives. Annie and Billi are both trying to raise their children through this and it's not easy, they feel like the men have left them in the mud and it's a tough pill to swallow."

Sources also say while Annie may have shown Kyle the door, there could still be hope for reconciliation. However, for Billi, seeing Andy get close to celebrity hair stylist Lou Teasdale suggests no chance of a reunion, something she's reportedly wanted to make clear to Annie.

"Billi wants to let Annie know that when the trust is gone you need to walk away, it's something Annie is battling with at the moment - even though she's filed the divorce papers it's not final," a source claimed. "Billi and Andy are completely over and she wants to show Annie that as hard as it is to walk away, there is life after football and she can move past it."
