Swifites reckon Taylor Swift's ex, Joe Alwyn, is dating Kendall Jenner, after the model posed for a snap with the actor at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Gala

Taylor Swift's fans are convinced her ex, Joe Alwyn, is dating Kendall Jenner.

The actor, 33, who dated the Bad Blood billionaire, 34, for six years before breaking up in April 2023 ahead of the singer's Eras Tour, has kept his personal life on the down low since the high-profile split.

However, now he's rumoured to be dating The Kardashians star, Kendall, 28, after the model posed for a snap with the actor at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday.

In the sizzling snapshot, Joe stands with his arm around the reality star as they pose alongside another of Swift's exes, Patrick Schwarzenegger. Fans also noticed that the Conversations With Friends stars had liked one of Kendall's posts on Instagram.

Taking to TikTok, suggesting there was a new relationship in Hollywood after seeing the snap shared by Vogue, one fan wrote: "It looks like we're heading to a relationship between Kendall Jenner and Joe Alwyn, which would drive so many people crazy" before alluding to Taylor's infamous feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

They continued: "This would be huge because as you know, Swifties would go crazy given the past between Taylor, Kim, and Kanye, and Joe is Taylor's ex, so him dating a KarJenner would be wild."

Kendall and Taylor also both dated One Direction star, Harry Styles, within months of each other. The irony wasn't lost on Swifties as one responded to the Vogue photo: "Oh Kendall [sic] stay away from Joe please, we don't want another Harry Styles fiasco." Another wrote: "Joe with Kendall is wild," while a third teased: "Kendall and Joe in one photo was not in my 2024 bingo card".

Taylor's beef with the Kardashians harps back to the 2016 release of Kanye's The Life Of Pablo. In the album's song Famous, Kim's ex-husband raps: "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b**** famous."

The line, which alludes to Kanye leaping on stage to disrupt Taylor's win at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, was supposedly passed on to the Americana star for approval, but she denies ever giving it the okay. Taylor said she had been contact about the song, but she was "never made aware of the actual lyric, 'I made that b**** famous.''

In an effort to prove Kanye's version, Kim shared an edited clip from the studio of the Gold Digger star calling up Taylor and seemingly getting her approval.

Joe, meanwhile, seemed to be in Tay-Tay's firing line on multiple songs from her 31-track eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, which was released on April 19 this year and instantly became the top-selling album of 2024.

Fans noted that Joe had a Soundcloud where he read poetry that pre-dated his relationship with Taylor. His December 2022 discussion with Paul Mescal for Variety also re-surfaced when fans noticed they revealed they had a WhatsApp group chat called The Tortured Man Club, which perhaps explains the curious album name.
