Timothée Chalamet’s breakout film that had fans ‘sobbing uncontrollably’ now free to stream

An iconic drama film starring Hollywood A-lister Timothée Chalamet is now streaming at no extra cost for Prime Video subscribers

Timothée Chalamet’s breakout leading role will have fans reaching for the tissues now it’s available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

The period drama scored Chalamet his first Oscar nomination for Best Actor, as well as BAFTA and Golden Globe nods.

The Wonka star also won the Gotham Award for Breakthrough Actor and Best Male Lead at the Independent Spirit Awards.

Plus, the film itself was nominated for an impressive four Academy Awards, including Best Picture, winning Best Adapted Screenplay.

Since its release in 2018, Call Me By Your Name has had movie buffs in floods of tears thanks to Chalamet’s heartrending performance as 17-year-old Elio Perlman.

He has since gone on to land major roles in the Dune franchise as Paul Atreides and the acclaimed films Little Women and Bones and All, though this masterpiece may still be one of his most iconic roles to date.

Fans are still being emotionally wrecked by the story of young love to this day, so it’s definitely one for subscribers to check out if they’re in the mood for a weepy.

One fan admitted on X (formerly Twitter) they were “in a puddle of tears after Call Me By Your Name.

“What a disarmingly nice and unbelievably hot movie. This will linger for awhile.”

Another diehard devotee wrote: “call me by your name is that kind of movie that makes you laugh, smile but also cry all of your tears.

“It’s that movie that breaks your heart and leaves you with that huge emptiness inside you. It’s that movie that teaches you about life, about how love truly is in every aspect.”

Another fan took to Reddit to confess they “cannot stop sobbing” a whole two weeks after first watching it.

“I cannot stop crying or thinking about it,” they wrote. “It is impossible.
