We all deserve to love our bodies - no matter what comments other people may make about what we look like.

And one mum is on a mission to prove it. Sarah Nicole Landry, aka thebirdspapaya on Instagram, boasts over two million followers online, thanks to her authentic approach to the topic of body image.

She works to show that bodies aren't meant to be "perfect", and that it's totally normal to have stretch marks and wobbly bits. Even though she tries to help women feel more confident, this doesn't mean she isn't met with criticism.

In fact, she sometimes receives really cruel comments from trolls. One of the recent messages she received said: "A little work will firm that body, but she needs a reason cause right now. She's being told she's already beautiful."

Sarah hit back in the best way - by posing completely nude. The mum-of-three stripped down to the absolute minimum to show people that she doesn't need to "firm up" to feel beautiful.

In a recent Instagram post, Sarah wrote: "You probably commented on this because women have been shown to you and displayed merely as objects to be desired, and not full and complete humans with desires of their own, and an entire life outside of impressing men.

"You probably commented on this because you grew up in the same society that I did, a society that taught you and me that there was only one acceptable body type to be celebrated or deemed beautiful.

"Honestly, I think you have to be gaslit to believe that beauty could be so limited. But, you see, I've already been there. Living in that belief system that to be beautiful meant hard, firm yet small."

In the past, Sarah admitted she would work out three times a day, skip as many meals as she could and she also lost 100lbs. But this lifestyle saw her lose hair, be constantly cold and experience numbing in her legs.

She's since worked on her healing, and has achieved so much since then - including having children, learning to love her body more and walking the runway while showing off her gorgeous curves.

Sarah no longer believes there is one type of beauty, and she wants others to see this too. It's clear the post struck a chord with many, as more than 100,000 people have liked it since.

One person said: "Wow wow wow, this just healed my inner childhood. So well said. Thank you for always standing up and speaking out."

Another wrote: "I love the way you think and write. It's like you take what needs to be said that we’ve never found the words for, and just pour them out of you so perfectly…thank you!"

Meanwhile, a third also replied: "This comment just blew my mind. I can’t even fathom someone saying this - they are so lost."
