The family, comprising Terry and Lisa and their sons Joe and George, graced our screens from 2020 until they waved goodbye in 2022 after three series. Lisa and her sons have amassed over 360K TikTok followers as they continue to entertain with their podcast. Yet, after their departure from the show, it emerged that there was another brother away from the spotlight.

Danny Bayley, Lisa's 34 year old eldest son from a previous relationship, was introduced in a TikTok during the festive season in 2022 where George and Joe are joined by Danny in a dance number, accompanied by the text: "When the secret brother who wasn't allowed on Gogglebox comes over for Christmas."

Joe playfully posted, "Danny really stole the show with this one," as Lisa affectionately commented, "My babies" and "My secret son." The reason Danny remained off Gogglebox remains a mystery, intriguing fans in their comments. , reports OK!.

Earlier, Joe discussed his family's choice to depart from Gogglebox on The Useless Hotline podcast, stating: "We decided that there were things we wanted to do that we couldn't do while we were on the show. There is a reason why there's not many young people on there."

He attributed this to the current social media era, which he and George are particularly fond of. Joe felt he could no longer continue with the Gogglebox routine, which involved "coming home every week and eating a takeaway."
