Holly Willoughby breaks silence amid Phillip Schofield's TV return and inundated with support
Phillip Schofield is returning to TV more than a year after quitting his long running presenting job on ITV's This Morning
by Charlotte Everett · The MirrorHolly Willoughby has broken her silence and has been inundated with support amid Phillip's Schofield's TV return.
The TV star took to her Instagram page to share a post about her brand Wylde Moon. Sharing three photos of herself holding balloons, she wrote a caption celebrating the third anniversary of the brand.
Holly wrote: "Join our 3rd birthday celebrations with 20% off perfume, wax melts, diffusers and travel minis…Just wanted to say a huge thank you for having been such a special part of our journey. Here’s to more years of connection and beautiful moments ahead."
The post comes soon after it was announced that Holly's former This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield would be returning to TV. He will star in his own self titled Cast Away programme where he will live along on a deserted island.
Holly as inundated with support underneath her Instagram post. One fan wrote: "Wow looking good holly x," as a second said: "Love your dress you look gorgeous congrats on your 3rd birthday."
"Congratulations you look fantastic," one declared. While a fourth added: "Aww u look gorgeous Holly so good to see your face you are so missed ….please return to tv soon Happy 3rd Birthday xx" "Well done Holly...your smile is starting to glow again....congratulations, 3 years already," a follower wrote.
Phillip left This Morning when it was discovered that he had an affair with a younger colleague who was also working on the show. At the time he said it was "unwise but not illegal". However, he then stepped down from the daytime show and any other ITV jobs.
He spent 10 days over summer on a secluded island off the coast of Madagascar. "Now you know how I spent my Summer! Alone for 10 days, no food, no water, no crew. My story of survival, both on a desert island and off it," he said in a post on social media. "This is most definitely a first for me and the only thing I felt compelled to do. It appealed to me on so many levels. I’ve recently had a lot of time to think about my life, what went right and what went wrong, but I’ve always had the safe arms of friends and family wrapped around me."
