Katie Price fans are all saying the same thing as her fake baby mystery is solved
Katie Price, who already has five children, confused fans recently with pictures on Instagram of what she described as her "twin babies" - but the mystery has unravelled
by Bradley Jolly · The MirrorKatie Price fans have reacted to the clarity the former glamour model is not having twin babies.
The TV personality, 46, had sent the rumour mill spinning after posting photos on Instagram of her "twin babies" but not all was as it seemed. It has now emerged Katie, already mum to Harvey Price, 22, Junior and Princess Andre, 19 and 17, and Jett and Bunny Hayler, 11 and 10 respectively, is not expecting - the image was actually shared because she is set to feature in an upcoming Channel 4 documentary about her IVF journey.
A source said on Tuesday the babies in the snap are indeed "hyperrealistic reborn dolls". Katie did, though, caption the image at time with: "Finally my twins have arrived," which further added to the speculation.
Now, with the mystery cleared, fans have expressed their reaction - and they've all jumped to offer Katie support as she opens up about her traumatic IVF journey. One posted: "When a woman is in her mid 40s, the chances of IVF being successful are quite low so credit her." Another posted: "I like Katie. I wish her well with the journey." A third fan shared: "You could not wish to meet a nicer person than Katie. She is a perfect role model."
Another fan posted: "It’s (the documentary) going be interesting to see her journey. Time changes (people)." Others offered similar messages of support to Katie, who gained recognition in the late 1990s for her glamour modelling work.
Fans jumped to the wrong conclusion at the start of the month when a photo, which showed one baby dressed in pink and the other in grey, was posted on Instagram. It didn't reveal their identities. With Katie's hand tenderly placed upon them, yet their faces out of view, speculation was rife over who these infants could be. She went on to share more photos of the babies, but made sure to keep their faces covered.
She posted one snap that she captioned: "Evening cuddles with my boy" and another this week that had her caption it with: "Multitasking with my babygirl."
Katie, who has not been shy about her desire to have another child, once confidently asserted: "It's going to happen one way or another." She has opened up about her recent fertility battle when she was trying to welcome a child with then-fiancé Carl Woods before their split at the end of 2023.
