Former Celebrity Big Brother star Jessica Alves was pictured for the first time as she showcased her heavily-bandaged face after undergoing her fifth face lift

Another celebrity is recovering from cosmetic work carried in Turkey, with Celebrity Big Brother star Jessica Alves sporting a heavily-bandaged face after undergoing the same surgery as Katie Price.

The reality TV star, who recently split from her boyfriend, cut a glamourous figure as she debuted her bandaged face after getting her fifth facelift. Jessica donned a plum-coloured velour tracksuit and wrapped her hair up in a chic blue patterned headscarf as she stepped out post surgery.

The newly single star was spotted arriving at her vehicle carrying a bouquet of flowers before heading indoors. After completing her journey, she was seen in a wheelchair navigating Istanbul with a friend. Despite undergoing the procedure - performed by Katie's surgeon Dr Cagdas Orman in Turkey - Jessica still managed to flash a smile for the cameras.

Jessica reportedly split from her boyfriend, Dalton Phillips in September. The 41 year old star, previously known as Rodrigo Alves and famously dubbed 'The Human Ken Doll', is said to have ended the relationship due to work commitments that were causing strain on their romance.

Prior to their shock split, Jessica was rumoured to be engaged to Dalton after being spotted with a large diamond ring. However, it appears the relationship has come to an end after Jessica was "offered a deal" that will see her spending more time in the US working with American TV network NBC.

A source told MailOnline last month: "He couldn't cope following her on her work trips and was super jealous." The insider added: "Since she was given an offer by NBC in the USA she would like to focus on that and had to end the romance with him." Jessica removed all traces of Dalton from her Instagram page in the wake of their split.

The Brazilian-born star appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2018, having spent a whopping £500,000 on 103 cosmetic procedures. Jessica has spoken out about her journey transitioning into a woman many times over the years. Before beginning her gender transaction, she spent years trying to enhance her then-masculine appearance with numerous surgeries, including fake muscles and a six-pack, but ultimately realised she couldn't shake off her feminine feelings.

In a candid interview, Jessica once revealed: "I'd always felt feminine and when I struggled to be manly with my personality, I decided to make my appearance as masculine as possible instead. But no matter how much I looked like Ken, nothing eased the pain of being Barbie inside."

After undergoing further surgeries, Jessica appeared on This Morning in 2022, admitting to having spent £1million on cosmetic procedures. She stated: "I'm fully transitioned now after all the surgeries. I've changed my birth certificate, passport, I'm now Jessica Alves."

Jessica expressed her happiness, saying: "In my former life I was The Human Ken Doll, and I lived with that nickname for ten years, when in reality I had surgery knowing I wanted to be a woman. This is the final appearance, it was always to get to this end goal. It's been a very long journey, a process, it hasn't been easy but I couldn't be any happier."
