Stacey Solomon says 'I can't believe it' as she shares moving family message

Stacey Solomon has told fans that she 'can't believe it' as she marked a moving personal milestone. The Loose Women star recently took to social media to say she was feeling emotional ahead of an important date for her and her daughter Rose.

Stacey and her husband Joe Swash welcomed their first daughter together, Rose, back in 2021 and on Friday (October 4), they are celebrating her fourth birthday. But not only is it Rose's birthday, it's also Stacey's special day with the mother and daughter sharing a birthday.

Earlier this week, the TV star wrote to her six million followers: "4 sleeps until Rose & my birthday. She's so excited this year it's hilarious. She keeps asking me every day how many sleeps until she's 3."

Stacey also admitted she is struggling to come to terms with how fast time feels to be going, adding: alongside a photo of a warm tea sitting on her dining table: "I can't believe my baby girl will be 3 years old. My baby Rose. So I'm going to spend this week making her birthday present & getting excited with her for Friday."

But while feeling emotional as they day arrived, Stacey shared sweet messages about how special it feels to share her birthday with her little girl.

Sharing a picture of a smiling Rose rocking a sweatshirt emblazoned with the number three, the Sort Your Life Out host wrote on her Instagram Story: "My beautiful Rose is 3 [cyring face emoji]. I honestly can't belive it [face holding back tears emoji]. She was SO SO happy this morning."

Stacey went on to share a video of Rose already using her special birthday present, a mini piano the 35-year-old upcycled for her little girl after she asked for a "pink piano with beautiful flowers" for her birthday. "We got a full concern this morning before nursery [crying laughing emoji]," she revealed. "Honestly, I love her so much. She's such a special girl. My little Beethoven."

She also recognised it being her own birthday too, sharing a picture of a black heart-shaped cake that had 'Stacey 35' iced on the top. Alongside the post she gushed: "And happy birthday to me [face holding back tears emoji]. The best birthday present I ever got and will ever get was my darling Rose.

She continued, with a beautiful bouquet of flowers also visible in the picture: "Every year my birthday is more special now that I could have ever dreamed."

Stacey's updates comes after fans were left concerned about her future on Loose Women. Stacey has been on the panel of the popular ITV chat show since 2016, but fans have now been left asking where she is after she was absent from a new picture celebrating the show's 25th anniversary.

The panellists marked the big occasion by getting together for a gorgeous group portrait. Panellists such as Janet Street-Porter, Nadia Sawalha and Katie Piper could be seen amongst the stars sporting sparkling outfits set against a silver backdrop in a new picture that was shared online - but Stacey was notably missing

Sharing the photo on Instagram, the Loose Women account which boasts more than 700k followers, wrote: "This September, Loose Women celebrates 25 years on TV! To mark the occasion, 18 panellists got together for a stunning Silver Jubilee photoshoot, and to share what the show means to them. Here the final image can be seen for the first time."
