When do Scissor Sisters tickets go on sale for 2025 reunion tour?
by Miranda Pell · Manchester Evening NewsScissor Sisters have announced a reunion tour in 2025 to mark 20 years since their debut album, visiting ten UK cities.
This tour will be their first live shows in more than 12 years and will kick off in Nottingham on Friday 16 May 2025 before heading to Glasgow, Bournemouth and Cardiff. They will perform at Manchester Co-op Live on 21 May before performing in London, Leeds, Birmingham, Belfast and Dublin.
Scissor Sisters, who formed in New York in the early 2000s are known for hits such as 'I Don't Feel Like Dancin'' and 'I Can't Decide'. Lead singer Jake Shears plus multi-instrumentalist Babydaddy and guitarist Del Marquis will fill the UK's arenas, but band member Ana Matronic has decided not to join the tour to focus on other projects.
Last week the noughties band teased at a reunion when an image of two scissors appeared on the side of Manchester’s Co-op Live arena and on 31 October they officially announced the reunion tour.
The Scissor Sisters have been on a hiatus since their last tour in 2012, the band’s Let's Have a Kiki tour.
When do tickets go on sale?
Presale tickets go live on Wednesday 10 November 2024 at 10am. This will be followed by a general sale on Friday, 8 November at 10am via Ticketmaster here.
