'Perfect for all ages' designer perfume snapped up by Boots shoppers as price slashed by 40% to £35

Boots shoppers are snapping up a designer perfume that is currently 40%, or £23 off. Normally £58, but now £35 for a limited time, Jimmy Choo's Blossom is a proving popular choice for personal use as well as for Christmas presents.

Jimmy Choo Blossom was first released in 2015 and has since become a favourite scent for those who love the floral fruity combination. Louise Turner, who has worked on over 100 perfumes including Lazy Sunday Morning for Maison Martin Margiela, Carolina Herrera Good Girl and Mugler's Angel Nova, was the nose behind the scent.

It opens up extremely fruity with notes of raspberry, red berries and citruses. The floral nature of the scent comes out at the heart which is made up of sweet pea and rose. It's well balanced with base notes of white Musk and sandalwood.

It's brought in an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 from across 56 reviews with 86% of reviewers surveyed saying they would recommend this product. One shopper said: "I love this perfume and always get compliments when I wear it, to me it smells like a summer tropical fruit cocktail, it’s so yummy! I think as others have said it seems to fade but hubby says he can still smell it even after a long day so maybe it’s just my nose cancelling out the smell?"

A second penned: "I absolutely love Ariana Grande's perfumes and a sales assistant in Boots recommended Jimmy Choo Blossom to me and I fell in love. So refreshing and scent lasts ages. Would highly recommend if you like sweet, sugary scents."

A third wrote: "I bought this a few months back and OMG IT’S PERFECT. Every woman needs this in her collection no matter the age, it’s fresh, fruity and sweet but not sweet in an immature way. SUMMER IN A BOTTLE !!"

A fourth added: "I'm not often one to write reviews on anything, but this is the first time I've ever bought a fragrance without actually smelling it first. I normally stick to the exact same scents but fancied something different, and what a good choice this was! An amazing price, a beautiful scent, and one that will likely now be my go-to for the foreseeable.

"The scent definitely does change slightly when on the skin, but lasts for a few hours without needing to spritz again. I could still smell it for easily the first 3/4 hours! Not sure why it's called Blossom because it's actually rather fruity, but nevertheless a lovely perfume! My mum is also in love with it so suitable for all ages. Would highly recommend - especially if taking advantage of offers!!"

Some shoppers have complained they were left wanting with the longevity of the scent, one said: "I really loved the smell of this perfume as it has beautiful tones of flowers, particularly roses. My only issue was that the smell didn't last very long which was quite disappointing."

Fans of this claim to also enjoy Mugler's Angel Nova (£125, LookFantastic), with them sharing some notes and coming from the same perfumer it's not a huge surprise but there is a big difference in prices. You can get Blossom for £35 now on Boots.
